• The product is Chromaking Agent which contains trivalent chormium salt.

• This product is used for the pretreatment of aluminum spray paint and powder spray treatment. Pure aluminum, aluminum alloy and die casting aluminum products are applicable. To form a transparent, light-colored film on the aluminum surface.

• The conversion coating is low resistance, good adhesion to painting .

•The temperature resistance of conversion coating is good, can be in 100℃ high temperature without reducing its corrosion resistance

Appearance: Green acid concentrated liquid containing trivalent chromium salt

Storage condition:The dye should be sealed up and stored in a dry place.

Working condition:	Concentration	5-10%
	PH	3.8-4.0
	Temperature	20-30℃
	Time	1-7min
	Soak or spray	spray pressure 0.5-1.5 bar.
	Water quality	Pure water is recommended

Bath make-up：

• The product should be dissolved thoroughly before working.

• If you use soaking, we recommended that the tank be inflated.

• PH needs to be strictly controlled
